Technology Warehouse Resellers Disclaimer

Technology Warehouse creates resellers and / or forms strategic alliances with companies and / or private individuals (“the resellers”) in order for these resellers to sell Technology Warehouse products and/or services to end users. The resellers are not agents of Technology Warehouse and have no authority to bind Technology Warehouse to any agreement/s.

Technology Warehouse at no time guarantees or warrants any representations that the reseller may make to end users, nor will Technology Warehouse be liable to the end user or any third party for any claims arising from or in connection with such third party representations and/or warranties in the use of Technology Warehouse products and/or services.

All resellers shall be bound by Technology Warehouse’s standard terms and conditions and all disclaimers are applicable to the resellers.
