- The reseller will provision and manage the cloud products sold to the customer via the customer control panel and will upsell the products by adding management (managed) services and margin on cloud products.
- The reseller will need to do a upfront purchase of credit to be eligible for the program. All level one support calls will be handled by the reseller.

- The reseller will be able to customize or add service plans with assistance of Technology Warehouse
- The BR can request TW to integrate additional products on project basis.
- The BR can request TW to create a Go To Market plan for new products.
- TW will be responsible for 2nd line of support.
Reseller Responsibilities
- The BR will have to commit to a training and setup fee.
- The reseller will need to commit personnel that will be trained on how to customize and manage the market place, billing, tax, payment gateway, mail notifications and control panel after initial setup.
- The BR will sell TW products.
- When non TW products are integrated by TW on request of BR there will be a platform licensing fee or revenue share agreement
- There will be a fee for a technical account manager when non TW Products are integrated for the BR.
